SOUTH FORK STUDENTS SUCCEED AT SOLO AND ENSEMBLE CONTEST
On Saturday, March 4, fourteen students from the South Fork Choir participated in the IHSA Solo and Ensemble Contest held at Central A&M High School in Moweaqua. The students prepared solo and ensembles and performed them in front of professional judges. The South Fork Students earned two Division I (Superior) Ratings, nine Division II (Excellent) Ratings, and one Division III (Good) Rating. Earning Division 1 Ratings were: Elizabeth Aymer (Solo) and Jayden Kirkendoll (Solo). Earning Division 2 Ratings were: Bethany Pieper, Cheyanne Hull, James Harris, Lauren Evans, Leeann Stone, Madison Maross, and the South Fork Chamber Choir. Earning a Division 3 Rating was a duet consisting of Dakota Loyd and Bethany Pieper.
